Luoxin offers financial aids to children with cerebral palsy from poor families

In May 2007, Luoxin donated money to “Love of Angel—Aiding Poor Children with Cerebral Palsy” of Chinese Red Cross Foundation to help the cerebral palsy children from poor families.
